Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a professional Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services including haircuts, color, styling, and makeup applications. You will drive service and retail sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced salon environment.

Required are a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience. The role requires flexible scheduling, with emphasis on guest availability, and adherence to safety standards and company

Qualifications

• Proficient in hair design, cutting, color, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Proficient with equipment and chemicals used for technical salon work
• Ability to demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest total look.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.</br>
• Support EM and ASM to ensure guest service, performance and compliance standards.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and adhere to dress code and safety procedures.
• Participate in trainings and events to enhance professional development.
