Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time roles. You will conduct FBA and skill assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise ABA therapists.

You can work from home when not in active session; in-home visits are required in some cases. The position offers competitive pay ($65-$95/hour based on experience) and a first-year bonus; benefits include medical and retirement

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
