Job summary

My Team ABA in the West Metro Atlanta area is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) passionate about helping autistic individuals. We collaborate closely with caregivers to develop highly individualized ABA plans that reflect family priorities.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay of $80-$100, comprehensive benefits, 3 weeks PTO, and ongoing training. You will work with a supportive team to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress with families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0-21 (RBT experience acceptable).
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments and progress monitoring preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or in a team.
