Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for team members to deliver an unparalleled guest experience in a fast-paced, noisy environment. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, operate Micros, handle payments, and ensure accuracy of cash and credit transactions.

Excellent communication with guests and team, flexible schedules including nights/weekends, and adherence to sanitation procedures are required. Must be at least 18 years old; restaurant/bar experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Operate Micros system for ordering and payments, including credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized station; assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Provide fast, friendly service, check back with guests, and support team members.
