Job summary

Attain Partners is hiring an Integration Lead for Microsoft Fabric and Azure to design, develop, and deliver enterprise data integration solutions for Higher Education institutions. You will work with Advancement platforms, CRM, ERP, SIS, and data warehouses, defining canonical data models, and driving modernization through reusable patterns and frameworks.

The role requires hands-on implementation, client-facing workshops, and leadership of technical teams across multi-cloud and on-prem

Qualifications

7+ years of data integration, application integration, data engineering, or enterprise technology consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of enterprise data integration solutions for Higher Education, focusing on Advancement, fundraising, alumni relations, and data ecosystems.
Define integration requirements with stakeholders and develop scalable, secure integration patterns using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
Architect and deliver reusable integration frameworks, templates, and monitoring patterns across CRM, ERP, SIS, and data warehouses.
Mentor consultants and developers; lead technical design reviews and ensure proper Dev/Test/QA/Production processes.
Partner with Data Migration, Governance, CRM, Analytics, and functional teams to maintain consistent data architecture.
