Job summary

Syren is seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale data platforms for a leading client. The role covers end-to-end Fabric solutions, migrations, data modelling, governance, and cost optimization.

You will mentor teams, drive CI/CD, and present architectures to stakeholders. Strong Fabric and Spark skills, plus IAM knowledge, are required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in enterprise data platform architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong Spark-based data engineering and performance tuning experience.
• Solid grasp of data governance (RBAC, masking, lineage, cataloging).
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Azure AD / identity & access management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Fabric solutions: OneLake, Data Integration, Spark-based Data Engineering, Data Science, Real-Time Analytics, and Power BI.
• Lead migrations from legacy platforms to Microsoft Fabric.
• Design data models, lakes/warehouses, and ETL/ELT patterns.

• Architect end-to-end Fabric solutions: OneLake, Data Integration, Spark-based Data Engineering, Data Science, Real-Time Analytics, and Power BI
