Plante Moran in Michigan is offering a student internship designed to mirror entry-level staff roles. You’ll help instill confidence in organizations by assuring their financial health, with hands-on experience across audit and tax engagements and the flexibility to craft business solutions beyond spreadsheets.

From day one you’ll work on planning, testing, researching, and reporting, interacting with staff at all levels and a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting or a Master’s in accounting/tax.
• Academic success with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• On track to sit for the CPA exam and pursue CPA licensure.

Responsabilités

• Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Plan, test, research, and report.
• Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, FS and benefit plans.
• Engage in various taxes (corporate, partnership, individual, international, federal, state/local).
• Interact with staff at all levels and with a diverse client base.
• Gain exposure to business opportunities across a professional services firm.
