Job summary

Plante Moran is offering an internship opportunity in accounting and tax services across multiple on-site locations. You will be treated as part of the team from day one, assisting with audits and tax engagements while gaining exposure to a wide range of service lines.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an accounting focus (CPA track preferred) and a minimum 3.0 GPA, with a path to CPA licensure. Expect potential travel and a non-exempt schedule.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting; Master’s in accounting or tax also acceptable.
• On track to sit for the CPA exam and pursue licensure.

Responsibilities

• Participating in audit and/or tax engagements in various phases.
• Planning, testing, researching, and reporting work.
• Engaging in corporate, partnership, and individual tax projects while learning firm processes.
• Interacting with staff and clients to support financial health and confidence.
