Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. required.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification.
• Geriatrics specialization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for patients admitted to their service.
• Comply with the AlignMed Partners credentialing process.
• Visit assigned patients in a timely fashion.
• Deliver high quality care to assigned patients.
• Work closely with the Center Medical Director to improve care.
