Job summary

Indiana University Health in Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Anesthesia Assistant to join our collaborative anesthesia team at IU Health Arnett Hospital. The role includes providing high-quality anesthesia care and opportunities to teach residents and SRNA/SAA students in a dynamic academic healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety, with strong ultrasound regional skills and experience with peripheral nerve

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible CAA/CAA expected in Indiana.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork essential.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and open to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team.
• Teach residents and SRNA/SAA students when teaching opportunities arise.
• Utilize CERNER EMR and coordinate with surgeons and staff.
• Maintain patient-centered, high-quality care with strong safety practices.
