Job summary

INDI Staffing Services is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and help with closing processes. You will partner with finance and business teams to uphold financial integrity and accurate reporting.

Key duties include journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting tools.
• Advanced level English language.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performing accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Maintaining accurate general ledger records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulations.
• Assisting with audits, documentation, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing accounting data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with finance, tax, and business teams to support accounting processes.
