Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in children's homes in New Jersey, under BCBA supervision. You’ll help kids build communication, social and independence skills with hands-on mentorship.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts. Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for supporting children and families. Benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
