Job summary

AKABA is seeking ABA Therapists to provide 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services for children with autism, mainly after-school hours at clients' homes, communities, or our center. We emphasize local case assignment within ~30 minutes of your address and offer travel time pay and mileage reimbursements where applicable.

Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will deliver engaging sessions, collaborate with families, and maintain timely documentation while building

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• Able to attend an initial orientation.
• Timely and organized.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Collaborating with families for effective collaboration.
• Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Electronic data collection.
• Implementing individualized behavior support plans.
• Implementing skill acquisition programs.
