Job summary

Brennan Behavior Group is hiring ABA Line Technicians to support children with Autism across homes, schools and centers. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs, psychologists, social workers and teachers in a fun, supportive environment.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, with emphasis on hands-on learning, parent coaching, and client progress. Prior ABA exposure is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills (speaking & listening).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with families and colleagues.
• Ability to sit on the floor for long periods and stay active with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral programming under supervision.
• Collect data on programming targets and enter into online system.
• Support parents, teachers and caregivers to reinforce skills.
• Deescalate challenging behaviors and maintain child safety.
• Assist with data collection and progress tracking across environments.
