Job summary

Sunny Days & Sunshine Center seeks PA Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide IBHS-ABA services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery County. Responsibilities include assessment, plan creation and implementation, oversight of Behavior Technicians, and caregiver education.

Per-diem independent contractor role. Minimum qualifications include PA Behavior Specialist License and one year ABA experience with 12 ABA credits, or equivalent supervised experience with 40 hours of ABA

Qualifications

• PA Behavior Specialist License is required.
• 1 year of ABA experience with at least 12 ABA credits from an accredited college/university.
• OR 1 year ABA experience under BCBA supervision with 40 hours of ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Provide IBHS-ABA services to 0–20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery County.
• Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
• Oversee Behavior Technicians and educate caregivers.
