Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. is seeking a PA-licensed Behavior Specialist to deliver IBHS-ABA services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery County.

This per-diem independent contractor role involves assessment, plan creation and implementation, and supervising Behavior Technicians while educating caregivers. Competitive rates based on experience, a sign-on bonus up to $1,500, and flexible schedules and locations are offered.

Qualifications

• PA Behavior Specialist License required.
• 1 year ABA experience with 12 ABA credits or 1 year under BCBA supervision with 40 hours ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of individuals with ASD.
• Plan creation and implementation of ABA interventions.
• Oversight of Behavior Technicians and caregiver education.

Sunny Days, a credentialed provider of Autism Services, seeks PA Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide IBHS-ABA Services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery County. Responsibilities include: assessment, plan creation & implementation, oversight of Behavior Technicians and caregiver education. This is a per-diem (independent contractor) position.

Minimum Qualifications

• PA Behavior Specialist License
• 1 year of experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college/university OR 1 year of experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA and 40 hours of ABA training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the Autism population
• Proven leadership skills
