Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a PA Licensed Behavior Specialist to deliver IBHS-ABA services to 0-20 ASD clients in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery Counties.

This per-diem independent contractor role involves assessment, plan creation and implementation, and supervising Behavior Technicians while educating caregivers. Responsibilities focus on accurate ABA delivery, progress documentation, and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• PA Behavior Specialist License required.
• 1 year of ABA experience and 12 credits in ABA or 40 hours of ABA training under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide IBHS-ABA services to 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery Counties.
• Assess, create and implement ABA plans; oversee Behavior Technicians and educate caregivers.

Sunny Days, a credentialed provider of Autism Services, seeks PA Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide IBHS-ABA Services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery County. Responsibilities include: assessment, plan creation & implementation, oversight of Behavior Technicians and caregiver education. This is a per-diem (independent contractor) position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• PA Behavior Specialist License


• 1 year of experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college/university OR 1 year of experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA and 40 hours of ABA training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the Autism population


• Proven leadership skills
