Job summary

ProCare Therapy is offering a contract position for school-based Physical Therapy in Washington for the 2026-2027 academic year. The assignment serves Pre-K through 12th grade students across five schools on a single Marysville campus, with a flexible 16-hour weekly schedule designed to meet student and team needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for certification.
• Experience supporting students with limited English proficiency and multicultural backgrounds preferred.
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary education, public-school operations, and current best practices in PT.
• Washington State driver’s license (preferred).
• Proven understanding and application of evidence-based Physical Therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students' motor and physical development, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for IEP and/or 504 planning.
• Develop and implement therapy schedules; deliver direct, indirect, and consultative PT services tailored to individual needs and assessments.
• Document progress, participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, and contribute expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
