Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to support K-12 students in a Washington school district for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract is onsite across multiple campuses, serving 25–30 students with individualized plans. A WA PT license or eligibility is required, with OSPI fingerprinting if needed.

This full-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year and focuses on delivering physical therapy services within a district dedicated to providing comprehensive care to K-12 students. The position is onsite and serves a diverse caseload across multiple campuses, allowing you to make a meaningful impact throughout the district.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility and willingness to obtain WA licensure
• Commitment to onsite work (no virtual or remote options)
• Ability to be fingerprinted through OSPI, or willingness to complete this process before starting
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, though not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a K-12 student caseload ranging from 25-30 students, district-wide
• Assess students’ abilities and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with families and school staff
• Educate staff and caregivers on techniques and equipment to enhance student participation and learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
