Job summary

Superior Contracting is actively seeking experienced residential roofing contractors to join our contractor network on a 1099 basis. We provide direct field assignments across multiple states, flexible ongoing project opportunities, and fast payment processing after work verification.

Contractors must own roofing tools and transport, have liability insurance, and complete onboarding via our portal. Prior roofing license is preferred; applicants should deliver high-quality workmanship and

Qualifications

Active General Liability Insurance is required (COI).
Workers’ Compensation coverage where applicable.
Valid W9 and Tax ID are required.
Roofing license preferred or required depending on state/local regulations.
Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer and reliable transportation.
Smartphone access for portal uploads and communications.

Responsibilities

Perform roof inspections and troubleshooting including leak detection and storm damage assessments.
Execute minor roofing repairs and maintenance (shingle, nail pops, sealant, gutters).
Manage larger projects (tear-offs, partial/full roof replacements) and materials.
Provide detailed job notes, photos, and communications via the portal.
