Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, track progress with data, and work closely with families and teammates to promote client success.

This role offers flexible shifts, part-time and full-time options, and location in Osage City, KS. A background check, RBT certification, and reliable transportation are required or desired, with

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
