Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing BCBA-designed plans and tracking client progress.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, with a High School Diploma (some college preferred) and reliable transportation. Both part-time and full-time roles are available in LaCygn e KS/area with local travel required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
