Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Springfield, NJ. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing plans, and collaborating with families to support client progress in a safe, positive environment. Flexible scheduling and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
