Job summary

SilverSwing ABA NJ LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy across settings, implementing BCBA-directed plans and tracking client progress.

Collaboration with families and the care team is essential to ensure client success. Ideal candidates will have an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to pass a background check and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
