Job summary

Charles Schwab Technology Services is hiring a Flexera specialist to administer Flexera One, ITAM, ITV, and SaaS Management in a large enterprise environment. You will build data pipelines, integrations, and dashboards to improve inventory accuracy and governance.

You’ll collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and Service Management to deliver reliable, decision-ready insights and support continuous platform improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, IS, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years administering Flexera One in large enterprise.
• Strong SAM and ITAM knowledge.
• Experience with Flexera inventory collection and agent deployments.
• Monitor and resolve Flexera agent health and data quality.
• Experience with SaaS Management and licensing visibility.
• Design and troubleshoot Flexera Business Adapters.
• Experience with 25,000+ devices.
• REST APIs, data integrations, and ingestion processes.
• SQL for validation and scripting for automation.
• JSON/XML/CSV/Excel data handling.
• Familiar with enterprise AI tools for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and optimize Flexera One capabilities including ITAM, ITV, and SaaS Management.
• Execute data management to improve inventory integrity and governance.
• Configure inventory ingestion and integration workflows.
• Design and maintain Flexera Business Adapters for data transformation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and exports for stakeholders.
• Support software compliance and true-up activities with reliable data.
• Partner with ITSM and CMDB teams to align Flexera data with service operations.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
