FLEX Warehouse Order Selector (Finance)

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Pay $23.25 + shift differential and incentive pay potential to earn up to $25.25/hour

Schedule: FLEX start times vary from 9:30 am - 12 pm, FLEX shifts can range from 4 Hours to 10 Hours long. For our FLEX (part-time) positions, preferred availability on Sundays & Mondays.

Responsibilities:

1. Selects various grocery, perishable, frozen or repack products from warehouse stock.
2. Reports adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage or damage to stock, location changes, and out of stocks.
3. Transports product throughout warehouse via electric pallet jack.
4. Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safety.
5. Assists other department personnel in the performance of work activities when peak workloads require or during absences of division personnel.

What we are looking for:

1. Required: Must have at least 6 months of working in a large distribution center.
2. Required: Must have at least 6 months experience with an Electric Pallet Jack or Reach Lifts.
3. Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds continuously as well as pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
4. Must be able to work in a range of temperatures from -10 to 90+.
5. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
6. Availability to train on days for 2 weeks.
7. Must be able to read and write English.
8. Associates working in the warehouse will potentially be exposed to major food allergens to include: milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.
9. Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
