Job summary

Holman is seeking a Flex Warehouse/Back up Driver in Brownstown Township, Michigan. The role combines warehouse tasks with light driving to support parts delivery and inventory control.

You will operate a forklift and pallet jack, scan goods, and ensure accurate inventory while maintaining safety standards. The position starts at $21 per hour with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more; eligibility begins within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior truck driving experience.
• Forklift/Pallet Jack experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with wireless inventory systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pull part purchases from stock and deliver to drivers.
• Stock incoming parts and return parts.
• Maintain inventories of all inventoried items; barcode on incoming parts/equipment.
• Unload delivery trucks and load/unload automobile parts to customers.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents.
