Job summary

Holman is seeking a Flex Warehouse/Back up Driver in Brownstown Township, MI. The role includes pulling parts, stocking, inventory control, and delivering to drivers, with daily forklift/Pallet Jack operation and DOT safety checks.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.17 USD per hour, with benefits and eligibility within 30 days. Regular full-time hours, Monday–Friday, starting at 6am, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is required.
• Experience with forklift and pallet jack preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with drivers and internal teams.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, and warehouse operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock and deliver to drivers.
• Stock incoming parts and return items.
• Maintain inventories of all inventoried items.
• Barcode incoming parts and equipment.
• Verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Unload delivery trucks and load vehicles.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Perform daily DOT safety checks on the vehicle.
