Sunstates Security is seeking Flex Unarmed Security Officers to join our Jackson, MI team. All days and shifts are available, with a pay rate of $18.00/hr and weekly pay. You will be trained at various posts to support continuous service and adapt to scheduling needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication, customer service, and a clean driving record. Prior security/admin/office experience is preferred, with opportunities to learn and advance within a

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills and professional appearance.
• 2 years of admin experience preferred.
• Must have a Clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1 year of Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 2 years of security experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be trained at various posts and facilities according to operational need.
• Work shifts as openings occur due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
• Read and follow Post Orders and SOPs to act quickly and efficiently.
• Support continual, uninterrupted service while maintaining health/work balance.
