Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring for security concerns, responding to emergencies, logging incidents, and assisting clients with professional service. A high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed, depending on state).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department in emergencies.
• Warn rule violators and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
