Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex (unarmed) in Azusa, CA. The role focuses on patrolling, protecting client sites, and using our shift-pickup platform to choose shifts based on availability.

You may work irregular shifts with little notice, supporting diverse industries including Healthcare and Education. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience; background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check will be conducted per state/federal laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or client vehicle.
• No prior experience required is listed; emphasis on reliability and adaptability.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and capable of operating radios/consoles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
