Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring FULL-TIME Class A CDL truck drivers for regional routes in the Midwest. Earn up to $120,000 annually with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus $80 per diem on travel days and strong benefits. Regional travel, frequent home time, and weekends are required.

Drivers deliver bread products to customers using dollies, with palletized loads and electric pallet jacks when needed. Expect 5–10 stops weekly and comprehensive safety incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required by federal law.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally throughout the Midwest to work weekly assignments at various locations.
• Deliver bread products to customers using pre-stacked wheeled dollies; no store deliveries.
• Bread products may be palletized and unloaded with an electric pallet jack.
• Average 5–10 stops per week.

What you will do:

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally throughout the Midwest to work weekly assignments at various locations as needed
• Deliver bread products to customers using pre-stacked wheeled dollies, allowing for easy roll-off deliveries and roll-on returns, with no store deliveries required
• Bread products may be palletized and unloaded using an electric pallet jack
• Average 5 to 10 stops per week

• Start times vary based on the assignment and customer needs
• Travel to designated locations throughout the Midwest to support operational needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
