Bon Secours Health System is seeking a Flex Respiratory Care Practitioner to float to multiple Bon Secours Mercy Health System sites across the region, providing patient-centered respiratory care and education. You will perform assessments, plan and implement therapies, operate ventilators, and monitor patients while documenting care, participating in CPR/ACLS, and coaching staff and families.

Travel to assigned facilities is required.

Formación

• Data collection and accurate record keeping; evaluation of respiratory care
• Assists physicians during procedures such as bronchoscopy and intubation
• Performs CPR per ACLS protocol
• Operates and maintains respiratory equipment and conducts airway management
• Performs pulmonary function tests (PFT) and ABG analysis

Responsabilidades

• Float to multiple Bon Secours Mercy Health System sites across the region
• Provide respiratory care including assessment, planning, intervention, education and evaluation
• Train and educate patients and families on respiratory therapies
• Document procedures and patient responses; monitor equipment and safety
