Job summary

Mercy is seeking Respiratory Care Practitioners for flexible RRT/CRT gigs at Mercy Hospital and surrounding communities in Missouri. You will perform direct patient care per physician orders and consult on therapy effectiveness, acting as a key resource for clinical teams.

In this role, you may pick day or night shifts with 4, 8, or 12 hour options, and enjoy a W-2 employment arrangement with shift incentives. Prior RRT/CRT certification and MBRC licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program
• Licensure: Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
• Certifications: NBRC RRT or CRT; PALS for ER, ACLS is required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders
• Consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing on respiratory care
• Perform duties as assigned
