Job summary

The Budd Group is hiring an Evening Flex Team Member in Columbia, SC to help keep Hammond School campus clean and welcoming. The role runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, on site, as a part-time position with opportunities to grow.

Pay is $13.50 per hour with benefits including pay on demand, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and referral bonuses. A background, drug screen and TB test are required; lifting up to 35 lbs is expected.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Evening availability Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks to keep the school clean.
• Pull trash, dust, and mop as part of daily routine.
• Sanitize restrooms and stock supplies.
• Vacuum and mop floors daily as part of Custodian duties.
• Collaborate with team to ensure classrooms are ready for learning.

As a Flex Team Member, you are the hero behind the scenes! Your work as a General Cleaner, ensures students and teachers have a safe, sparkling environment to learn in.

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties to keep the school beautiful.
• Handle routine General Cleaning tasks like pulling trash, dusting, and mopping.
• Ensure restrooms are sanitized and supplies are stocked.
• Maintain floors through vacuuming and mopping as part of your daily Custodian routine.
• Work as a team-player Cleaner to ensure all classrooms are ready for learning!
