Job summary

Producers Rice in Stuttgart, AR is seeking a Push Pull Operator to operate a push pull machine, stack and load packaged product, and ensure traceability with scan guns. You will inspect carriers and maintain records, ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours, including after shifts to complete daily load-out requirements. Training provided on equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide)
• Ability to read/speak/write/understand English
• Basic computer skills to operate a scanner
• Willingness to climb up to 3 ft
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs
• Able to bend, stoop, push/pull/twist daily
• Work in hot/cold temperatures
• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Wear PPE and follow Safety and Food Safety rules

Responsibilities

• Operate push pull machine and stack/load packaged product
