Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Custom Protection Officer (CPO) Flex Officer. The role involves armed and/or unarmed patrols, interior or exterior, with responsibilities including access control, CCTV monitoring, and report writing.

Flex Officers may work at various assignments and occasionally irregular shifts with short notice. The position requires 2+ years of law enforcement or security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Criminal histories considered as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• License requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; control access as needed.
• Observe and report irregular conditions or safety hazards.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site post orders.
• Provide recommendations for security improvements and post orders.
