Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Military or public safety related experience or education options listed.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; driver’s license for driving positions only.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and monitor systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed and/or unarmed patrols on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; control access and egress.
• Prepare reports; observe for security concerns and safety hazards.
• Deter misconduct and violations; enforce rules and client requirements.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally; respond to incidents.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders; suggest productivity and cost improvements.
