Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Custom Protection Officer (CPO) Flex Officer to conduct armed and/or unarmed patrols (foot/vehicle) at various assignments. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, controlling access, writing reports, and assisting customers and coworkers. Flex shifts may occur with little notice.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred military or certified safety training. Benefits include health insurance and 401k; pay is $23.34 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military/law enforcement experience or certified safety academy preferred.
• Bachelor's or 60+ college credits in law enforcement/criminal justice may apply.
• Must be 18+ years old; license requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Perform armed or unarmed patrols on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor entrances/exits and deter security threats.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Respond to emergencies and notify authorities as needed.
• Contribute to post orders and security surveys.
