Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulation.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removal under client requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
