As a casual Security Officer – Flex, your responsibilities will vary daily, including customer service, patrols, or surveillance. We need you to adapt quickly and accurately.

• Site Location: Saline, MI
• Flexible schedule: Must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts upon call
• Hourly wage of $18 - $19 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises for security
• Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity
• Manage access points and verify identities
• Respond promptly to incidents or threats
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed incident reports
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinker with adaptability skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be 21 years or older
