Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Montgomery, Alabama. You will serve and safeguard clients across industries, using our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on your availability, building diverse site experience while supporting a flexible schedule.

Requirements include at least 1 year of security experience or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, the ability to stand for long periods, and the willingness to work irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Possess 5 years verifiable security experience or be able to demonstrate equivalent competence.
• Must have valid driver’s license in the job state.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor for security concerns and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or report to authorities as needed.
• Control access and verify authorized entry.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications following site orders.
