Job summary

SecureOne Security Services is seeking on-call Security Officers to fill open shifts and provide emergency coverage across client sites in the Arizona Area. This role offers flexible hours and a path toward full-time employment.

Officers must be available on short notice and able to work at multiple locations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid guard card, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active guard card; ability to obtain required before first day of work.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Clean background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned client locations on an as-needed basis.
• Conduct patrols, monitor premises, and maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to and document incidents, hazards, and policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures at each location.

Pay

• Starting at $18.04 per hour
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay access

About This Role

On-call Security Officers are contacted for shift coverage when a site has an open post. Officers must be available to respond on short notice and be comfortable working across different client locations. Reliable cell phone, transportation, and availability for varied shifts - including weekends and evenings - are required.
