Job summary

Titan Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago. All candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. Flex Officers do not have a set schedule and must be available to work at least two (2) of the three (3) shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for 2 or 3 shifts.
• Experience as a door staff, receptionist or related role.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform patrols.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at front desk and assist with directions.
• Maintain clear administrative logs for people and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
