Job summary

Hammer Head Security is seeking dependable and professional Flex Security Officers to provide coverage at client locations throughout Stockton and the Central Valley. These roles offer flexible assignments across warehouses, residential and commercial sites, requiring adaptability to site-specific procedures.

Training and post instructions will be provided for each assignment. Responsibilities include patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring when applicable, and reporting incidents, with shifts

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Driving record must meet insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to sites.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Previous security experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional security services at assigned client locations.
• Provide coverage for open shifts and scheduled assignments.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems when applicable.
• Perform access control for employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Monitor entrances, gates, parking areas, and designated property areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas.
• Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns, property conditions, and security-related incidents.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain communication with Dispatch, supervisors, and client representatives.
• Follow site-specific post orders and established procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Perform other duties related to the assigned security post.

Flex Security Officer – Central Valley / Stockton Area

Location: Stockton and surrounding Central Valley communities

About the Position

Hammer Head Security is seeking dependable and professional Flex Security Officers to provide coverage at client locations throughout Stockton and the Central Valley.

Flex Security Officers support a variety of assignments based on current scheduling needs. Assignments may include coverage for planned absences, open shifts, special assignments, and other operational requirements.

Work locations may include warehouses, logistics facilities, residential communities, commercial properties, construction sites, and other client locations.

Because this is a flex position, officers should be comfortable working at different locations and adapting to site-specific procedures. Training and post instructions will be provided for each assignment.

• Previous security experience is preferred but not required for all assignments.

Experience in security patrol, access control, warehouse security, logistics, customer service, or CCTV monitoring is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform foot patrols as required by the assigned post.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to navigate stairs and large properties when required.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to remain attentive while performing assigned security duties.

Schedule

This position provides flexible coverage throughout Stockton and surrounding Central Valley communities.

• Full-time opportunities available.
• Full-time schedules may be approximately 40 hours per week based on operational requirements.
• Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available.
• Work locations may vary depending on assignment.
• Flex Officers should be available to work at different client locations within the assigned service area.
• Security assignments may operate around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
