Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Flex Security Officer to monitor and protect client sites across Hartford, Middlesex, and New London County. The role offers weekend availability and a pay range of $21.50–$22.50 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for those new to security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• CT Guard Card preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

Helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premise at a variety of client sites. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
