Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers in Gray Summit, MO, with a pay rate of $19.57/hr - paid weekly. All shifts are available!

Benefits: Qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) after working 20 hours/week, completing six months of service, and working at least 500 hours/year.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Ability to obtain a MO Security license.
• Availability to work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and all weather conditions.

Role Explanation

The Flex Officer supports operational and financial success by working shifts that become available due to illness, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service and personnel health.

Scheduling Expectations

Flex Officers are trained at various posts based on operational needs. Schedules vary and can include short-notice shifts. Flex Officers are expected to work scheduled shifts and communicate availability or unavailability to supervisors.
