Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Flex Security Officer - Part Time in Lees Summit, MO to help maintain a safe environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, controlling access, and patrolling multiple sites. The role emphasizes vigilance, customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Flex Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Lees Summit, MO

Wage: $21.00/HR

TheFlex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Conduct tours of the property.

• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certified.
• Must have a minimum 1 year of Security experience.
