Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Flex Security Officer for a full-time role in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will perform access control, patrol duties, and incident response while maintaining a high level of customer service for clients and guests.

This position offers training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have at least 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• 2+ years of Security experience required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

What Your Day May Look Like

Position Requirements
