This position offers the chance to gain knowledge in various security solutions we provide to our clients and learn multiple aspects of the business. Multi-Site Flex Officers will develop broad, specialized knowledge of high-profile posts and will be evaluated for leadership and growth potential.

Typical Flex Officer Objectives :

• Provide security for short-term special assignments.
• Support staffing requirements during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no-shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in startup at new accounts, including working the site and training newly assigned security officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Provide high-level customer service to clients and their guests.

Requirements :

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer/technology skills
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
• Willing to work all shifts
• At least 2 years of prior security experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record for driver certification
